Minor repairs are offered by agreement and are limited to small, non-trade tasks that can usually be completed during a scheduled visit.

Terms & Limitations
Minor repairs are provided as a convenience service only and are limited to small, low-risk tasks. No specialist trade work, regulated activities, or emergency repairs are undertaken. Malvern Property Support reserves the right to decline or refer work where it falls outside scope or requires a qualified contractor.
